The pressure tester with heating detects cracks and leaks in cylinder heads through hydrostatic testing with water heated up to 198°F (92°C). Heat expands the metal and reveals micro-cracks invisible in cold testing. The TESTRIM Chinelatto allows tilting the head up to 180° for better bubble visualization, ensuring complete testing of water and oil galleries. The TESTRIM supports cylinder heads up to 47x18.5 inches (1200x470mm), covering engines from small cars to medium trucks. It has a 14.3 gal (54L) tank, 7 hp (5.25kW) heater that warms water in 20 minutes, and 0.67 hp (0.5cv) electric pump for circulation. The machine measures 5.4x2.6x5 ft (1.66x0.80x1.52m) and weighs 705 lb (320kg). Operates on 220V three-phase, total power 7.5 hp (5.623kW). Includes acrylic plates, supports and seals for various head types.

With 47x18.5 inch (1200x470mm) capacity, the tester accepts cylinder heads from compact cars, sedans, SUVs, pick-ups and light to medium trucks.
