This allows machining large parts like V8 blocks, marine engines and industrial components. Feed rate is 32.8 ft/min (10 meters per minute) on all three axes, ensuring high productivity. The GG25 cast iron structure with reinforced linear guides maintains precision even with heavy parts up to 1,100 lb (500 kg) on the table.

The FCM-2200 milling machine uses ER-32 collet chuck spindle, accepting tools with shank up to 0.79 inches (20 mm) diameter. This covers most milling cutters for engine machining: end mills, roughing mills, reamers and large taps. The electro-spindle rotates up to 12,000 rpm maximum, ideal for carbide tools. This allows working very large and heavy parts, like truck blocks, without moving the piece during machining. CNC milling works with the workpiece fixed on the table while the mobile column positions the electro-spindle automatically according to programming.
