The process starts by clamping the valve in the quick-clamp system by the stem. The machine rotates the valve while the grinding wheel removes material from the contact surface (valve face) uniformly. The operator controls cutting depth through manual feed. The RVCH-100 maintains perfect concentricity between stem and valve face, ensuring proper sealing in the cylinder head after assembly.

Basic maintenance includes daily chip cleaning, lubrication of grease points, grinding wheel inspection (replace when worn) and cleaning of the clamping system. Being imported, the RVCH-100 has more durable components, but requires original parts when needed. Machine life exceeds 10 years with proper use.
